Additionally, you met every deadline – even for issues you could not control. The liner came in on time, it was installed when promised, and the chlorinator [Aqua Rite Salt System] – which was a last minute addition – was installed same day, which resulted in a seamless process. You were always responsive to our calls and very forthright in our conversations. These days, that is a rarity.
